So recently, I've had a bit of a problem with getting my front left turn signal to work all the time. I installed some DEPO headlights and replaced the turn signal bulbs, sockets, and housings about two year ago at this point. They worked perfectly until a few weeks ago when the front left bulb went out. I bought a replacement bulb and put it in. It worked for a day, but then stopped working the next day. I then spliced on some new terminals since the ones I was using were pretty worn out, and again, it worked for the day, but after letting it sit for a few days, I fired up my car and it didn't work again. Every other turn signal on the car works fine except this one, and it only stops working when I let it sit for a while. Once I open the hood and disconnect and reconnect the terminals, it works fine. Before I do some more digging, has anyone else had this issue before and could give me some pointers in the right direction?
Sounds like the relay may be 💩. But it could be bad connection anywhere in the circuit including a side marker or rear bulb as well.
