For sale: S52 engine (block & head) that suffered a head gasket failure. Did not overheat. Cams are in great shape with no visible wear; cylinders show cross-hatching, no scoring; crankshaft shows no scoring. Includes full long-block and oil pan. I can send pictures to anyone interested. Local pick-up Chicago area. $850

Someone asked what is included. Included are: oil pan & oil pump, short block, complete head including valve cover. NOT included are accessories such as alternator, AC, transmission, wiring harness.

That said, I have a wiring harness from a 98 Z3 M Coupe that I am willing to sell.
