The car is a 1994 325is, which originally had a single vanos m50 in it. So I found a donor 1992 non vanos car, with so I fully rebuilt the engine bearings, rings and all. So I’ve done the swap already, the engine is in and all wired up. I used the 402 red label ecu, with the non vanos harness in the car. And I went to start it but it was a crank but no start issue. Fuel pump is brand new, crank sensors are brand new. Coil packs are new and work properly, all relays work. So I think it’s an Ews issue, and I’m not sure what I need to splice inside the car for the car to start. But the weird thing is, for shits I used the old red label 413 ecu from the vanos engine and it started, but ran horribly because it’s the wrong ecu. If anyone can help me It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !
