P0890 Code

2011 535i x drive


I have a drivetrain malfunction call roadside assistance come up on the drivetrain. I ran the code and P0890 came up.

When i start the car it wont let me put it in drive or reverse. I re lock it come back 10 min later and it will let me put it in gear and drives fine. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue and ahat they did to fix it. It is also intermittent.
