2005 BMW 745i Starting issues resolved now A/C is stuck at 127 degrees

Hello. So we finally got the 745i to start cranking. Supposedly one of the computers had got corrupted and had to be reprogrammed. So $500 later, we brought the car home, and now A/C is not functioning, not blowing air, just appears to be dead. A/C Temperature is stuck at 127 degrees Fahrenheit so its getting hot as hell while driving. Please advise.

Well I do know that's after replacing the battery that the alc system would not come on line right away, I know this because the customer would call and say the alc was not working, but eventually it would I can't remember if the tech forgot to initialize something or what, but happened more than once, battery reset
