Right Turn Signal Blows Fuse 15 Intermittently

I have a weird intermittent in my 82 320i Auto, it will blow fuse 15 when the Right Turn Signal engaged sometimes. Recently replaced hazard switch which works as it should no matter what the state of fuse 15. I been pouring over the Etm 81 electrical diagram and here is what I know, bulbs,Hazard Switch, wiring to turn signals is good - TS lights always work in hazard mode. The problem appears to be between the TS switch and HS, I pulled down the kick panels and inspected wiring all looks in great shape reseated C63, also jiggled all of that wiring when RTS was engaged didn't affect it, smacking the dash would cause the problem. Is their a strange routing of the wire harness between TS and HS, could the HS be bad? Any thought would be appreciated.

I believe the problem is the new MTC Hazard Switch, I swapped the old broken rigged HS in and it's working as it should with no Hazard feature.
