Why did you apply this sealant there?
It looks like you applied the sealant to the canvas roof where it meets the soft foam gasket around the body. This gasket is not supposed to be water-tight. It allows some water to pass through to the sealing ring, which is a gutter that you see when you relax the top a little. The sealing ring leads the water to drain boxes on each side behind the doors.
The sealant has impregnated the canvas and has no effect on a leak that you may have in the sealing ring.

The google machine says to douse a rag in alcohol and dab the surface

My intuition says to test an inconspicuous area of the fabric in gradually more aggressive solvents until you find something that works to remove/dissolve the RTV without damaging the fabric. Whatever you use make sure to clean it up well afterwards

You can buy specific silicone seal remover, which I've used in a bathroom, but I'd be wary of putting it on fabric.

    +1

I would try isopropal rubbing alcohol, but try it it inconspicuous place to ensure it doesn't discolor your fabric

I think any attempt to remove the silicone adhesive/caulk will be harmful. All the online advice is for removing its residue from hard surfaces, not from broad embedment and absorption into a fabric convertible top. Sealant that has leaked from around attempts to bond the rear window trim can be scraped off enough to install a new window. But there is nothing to scrape here.
Rather than try to scrape or dissolve it, I would test whether black marker pen might hide it.
But then, the problem of the leak remains.
More needs to be known about that leak, for which he ought to add to a leak thread, or start a new one. I don't want to add a dozen posts about diagnosing and fixing a sealing ring leak to this thread on removing silicone sealant.

I agree. In a month you won't even notice it.

Step one! Don't panic! Step two take a careful approach.

First think I would try is a recommended cleaner product for the soft top. Soap and water is a pretty effective way to wash most things and considered safe for the car.
