Newer car or lower miles?

Hi Bimmerforum - was looking to source some feedback from the collective group knowledge here.

I'm looking to buy an M3 Convertible and I have the option to purchase either options at the same price. Which would you go with?

2010 M3 with 33000 miles
2011 M3 with 40,300 miles

Both serviced relatively the same. I guess I don't know how different or how many improvements were made in the the 2011 vs the 2010 to know if it would make sense to go with the newer car vs the one with lower mileage.

I just hit 70k on my 2011 e92.

Didn't know where else to share it, but feels like a significant milestone.
