To be started sorry for my English, problem started when cooling tube from cockpits heating did explode. (Which is over starter)
I did change the tube properly everything should be fine, but now the engine doesn't start. Starter spins the engine but don't light up.
Once battery was almost out of juice it did start up. (but it took very long time, and took out almost whole battery.) Afterwards nothing
INPA show's me these errors: 65-NockenWellen- Geber; 68- Tank ventilation: 53- idle speed: 83- crankshaft sensor: 27- idle control.
Not quite sure where to search for problem/ solution.

Your English is fine. I bet no one here, other than you, speaks Latvian! I bet the solenoid on the starter that pushes a gear against the flywheel is bad. You will likely have to replace the starter.
Google translate:
i see a code for the crankshaft sensor - is that current?

Yes all of the errors are current ones. what i did find today, 12V DC for fuel pump, with ignition ON, doesn't show 12V DC all the time, some seconds there is voltage some seconds not. ( i don't know if it's normal behavior )
Fuel pump relay are making "tic" sound (tried to change them, same thing)
do you know if the crankshaft sensor is working? that can cause a no-start.

Yes, it was first part i did change, bought new one (aftermarket but still should work)
if you've replaced the part and the code is still there, you have a problem you still need to solve.....
i will admit i have never had any success using aftermarket parts for something like a crankshaft sensor.
i am not saying just because it is aftermarket it is bad, but, i am saying i have had more than one time where i've had a problem with aftermarket sensors on a bmw.

+1
There are only three manufactures that I trust when it comes to BMW sensor: Bosch, Siemens, and Hella. All other's can fail right out of the box, so be sure to test it prior to installing them.
