Radio harness connections

I’m trying to re-establish the CD changer connection because I cannot get audio to work without chirping and static. There are two different connectors that for into the harness. One seems like the CD changer because the CD motor cycles up after plugging in. But neither fix the issue.

Looking for insight and trying to troubleshoot.

I think the connections for the cd changer are in the main head unit harness. I’ve never seen those connectors in the dash of an E46.
