    High fuel consumtion when accelerating

    Hey
Some days ago i noticed that my E87 118d was consuming more fuel than usual.
I took a drive to try to see what the issue is and i realised some things.

The car consumes a lot of fuel if you even accelerate a litte bit. The trip compurer can go over 25l/100km by pressing just a little bit on the gas.

When cruising on the highway, the car consumes fuel as normal, between 4-5l/100km, but when i enter highways or by accelerating a little, the trip compurer instantly drops 20-30km from the fuel range. What can be the cause of this? I thought maybe the air filter or glow plugs need to be changed. Maybe someone else have had similar problems. Any ideas?

    Thanks!

Yes mileage does drop a bit at WFO but from there it can only get better.
