Did anybody do this?
Would i get more hp out of this?
Im wondering because i seen a couple of e39s / e36 deleted but im wondering if it would be any good to do on the newer gen
Pros? Cons?
Don't.
Way too many folks out there that being incapable of a proper repair choose to "delete" something well engineered then try to justify their butchery.

Why would you get more power by deleting vanos? Properly working vanos will give a better power curve.
The only reason people delete VANOS on their E36's/E46's etc is because they are unable to tune for it, or their camshafts are so large they can't have a change in valve timing. There is no benefit to delete it, if anything adding more VANOS travel could help.
