replacing E46 5 speed Getrag - what seals should i replace while i'm at it

i bought a used 5 speed getrag and will be putting it into my e46 convertible
is there anything i should do to the "new to me" transmission before i put it in? e.g. any seals, pilot bearing, clutch fork pivot, throwout bearing?

Itís accepted practice that the clutch and everything associated should be replaced.
    - pressure plate
    - friction disk
    - throughout bearing
    - pilot bearing
    - pivot pin
    - slave cylinder
    - shifter plastic parts
How many miles on the car? If itís approaching 200k you should consider replacing the duel mass flywheel. Also, what year is the car? 2001 and 2002 M54 enginesí rear main seals tend to weep after 100k miles. BMW updated the seal design for model year 2003. So, buy a new seal kit if itís a 2001 or 2002. Also, you should look into replacing the reverse and 5th (in a 5 speed) detent springs and pins. They canít be replaced with the transmission in the car. Lastly, change the new transmissionís fluid once itís in the car.

    thanks
it's a 2000 323ci convertible with about 185k on it. The transmission has somewhere around 150k on it
the guy i got it from put a DKM clutch with a single mass flywheel conversion in before it threw a rod.

he replaced the throwout bearing. i'll replace the pilot bearing, selector shaft seal, and rear main seal / u-shaped gasket while i'm in there
