    E36 Bilstein Group N Setup

Posting for sale my group N setup which includes the adjustable group N front struts, 750 lb eibach springs and 911 rear shocks with 800 lbs eibach rear springs. The rear setup includes VAC adjusters.

This setup was pretty harsh. I never set it up how I wished and ended up going with a different suspension all together instead of fine tuning.

I am going to sell the front struts as needing rebuilds, they were bouncey and I believe it was due to bow I had set them up with the high spring rate in the front. I believe a 600-650 lb spring would of been ideal. The adjustable damping worked and ran this setup at a couple track days.

The rear setup was very solid and I copied this forum member on how he set his group N suspension up. My belief is that this will be a perfect street setup with different spring setups and a front rebuild.

The front struts I was told were rebuilt and only have 2k miles. Probably 500 miles from me. The rear setup I purchased brand new.

Please take a look, and make an offer.

    Looking for 900 plus shipping.

If you're willing to split the front struts, I'm interested.

Interesting, looks like those are PSS9 inserts in a Group N housing. Could you measure the body length and the length of the extended piston?

Never heard of that. Why would someone do that? They have adjustable group N dampers

13 and 3/8 from bottom of strut to bottom of edge before threaded sleeve. 22" from bottom of strut to top of threaded shank. Let me know if I missed what you meant.

Yea I take that back, seems like back in the day there were numerous "Group N" struts, and this particular version had adjustable damping. The more common K4-VE3-05779M9 or K4-VE3-64175M0 that you typically see offered here in the States by Turner Motorsports (and others) were not damping adjustable. Pretty cool.

Thanks for the measurements, but too long of a strut body and too short a stroke for what I'm looking for.
