E46 318i 2004 Executive radio NEED HALP PLZ

hello to all,

i've been pulling my hair out about this for weeks....

i have the entertainment unit upgrade (double Din) with tv and onboard computer screen..

my FOB key responded when i first got the car a year ago but only unlocking the car. (wouldn't lock the doors via remote)

and the radio only played on front left speaker.

even after i replaced the speakers all round only one works ( Front Left still )

now it doesn't respond at all radio or FOB keys,

i can open my doors and trunk via the door lock with the key manually

so i opened the bm52 65.12-6 927 910 ai 01 box and took alook at the circuit board and its super clean, no evidence of oozing capacitors and corrosion what so ever. it could pass as new internally,

when i remove it and plug it back in it works fine for 10 mins or so exept the speakers only playing on left front

after that radio or doors wont work.

now as of the last few day my remote buttons on my FOB key dont respond at all

my actual head unit had a few dead pixels on it but wouldn't think it has something to do with it.. ??

any idea's on where to go from here?

Sounds like these are separate issues key fob and radio...is this a new install for the radio? Had you ever replaced the fob battery?
This aftermarket radio from China and purchased at a cheap price off ebay?

thanks for your reply, the radio head unit is factory standard, original Od2T4Zt.jpg just like this one

i've ordered a new battery for the fob but its weird how it only works for 10min if i unplug the BM52 box in the trunk and plug it back in, after 10mins the fob wont work.

so after i try the FOB battery im not sure what else to try :S

How old is the battery in the car?

I am wondering if you need to "add" in this radio using PROGMAN. I am thinking you may have the wrong progamming in the system, just a shot in the dark here for I haven't done one of these before.
