Combox / enhanced bluetooth / LCI / DAB questions

OK, apologies in advance if these are dumb questions. Thanks in advance for any help.

I have a newly bought F10 520d, built Jan 2013. Been exploring the forums to learn more about my car.

1) I wanted to get enhanced Bluetooth. Lots of helpful photos in forums and YouTube showing where the combox is in the boot of the car, next to the fusebox. In my car the fusebox is on the right inside wall of the boot - mounted vertically - not under the base of the boot. Under there is just a battery - not even an empty space for the combox or fusebox. So what do I have here? So can I get enhanced bluetooth?

2) The used car dealer sold it to me as an LCI model with Xenon lights. How can I tell if it's an LCI model or not? I saw elsewhere in a forum a claim that that LCI only came in in July 2013 models.

3) 2013 BMW models (so some forums say) were supposed to have DAB as standard - mine doesn't show DAB in the iDrive menus. just AM/FM. Presumably it's not fitted. Presumably the BMW announcement from back them is innaccurate. Am I missing something here to activate it, or is it just not fitted?
