Am I current to say not a O2 sensor issue? Seems like both O2 sensor are showing codes. Vacuum leak most likely?
Car runs and starts fine.

Also going to assume that you are talking about the Z4 in the "My Cars" part?

Not sure what "system check" means on that scan tool, but for me would be they are missing or not communicating with the DME. Go check to ensure they are plugged in properly in the right connector.
The "trim control" would mean to me that it cannot adjust anymore, so yeah a vacuum leak. The best way to find a vacuum leak is to get a smoke test on the intake completed. You can also do a quick visual inspection of all the rubber vacuum and intake lines to see if they have cracks, splits, holes, ect.

CD95 for MSV80 dme means message loss from FGR / ACC. (Cruise control, active cruise??)
Probably an old code.
It may be that both sensors failed, or maybe their supply? Or a vacuum leak. Looking at fuel trims may help more.
Ideally a scan with ISTA would help the most.
