So I swapped out my coils and spark plugs this past week and one of the cat o2s downstream. And it still has a horrible lag , no power , won’t go over 20mph.
Please someone help

You probably should get it scanned. Throwing parts at it can be expensive and not productive.

Agreed.
This sounds like it may be the HPFP. Common N54 problem. Long crank is a sign. But, get it scanned.

+1 on getting it scanned, and on the HPFP (High Pressure Fuel Pump).
