F30 340i or G20 330i for $35K~?

Title speaks for itself... I am considering these two as a potential next car.

The first is a demo 2018 340i with 6k miles for $35K fully loaded with M sport package.

The second is a demo 2020 330i with 2k miles for $37k also M sport package.

Lease price on the 330i was enticing and would be $378+ tax with $3888 down. I wouldn’t be able to lease the 340i so the payments are a tad higher. What do you guys recommend? I love the inline 6 but I also think the G20 is a better platform now with updated technology etc...

I was really wanting a 340i with MPPSK but now I’m conflicted whether I should be spending almost 40k on an F30. I could go for a 2016 model for about $10k less but it has 30k miles. Thoughts?
