Havent used the car in several months and today tried to get in and fob not unlocking, manual key turning in lock but not unlocking, can’t get in the trunk, basically stuck outside.
Is there something i can do without calling the service to come in?

Are you sure it is the car battery that is dead? Perhaps it is the keyfob that needs a battery? As for the manual key, is that a battery-dependent operation?
Although not quite the same situation, I once locked my keys in the trunk. AAA sent out a locksmith and he was able to open the door with his tools. That may at least get you in the car where the hood is a manual lever. Then you might be able to jump it using the battery access terminal?
I'm sure other people will have better insight than me. Good luck.
Turns out that the key needed to be turned a little more, past a point where there was resistance, found a schematic on bimmerforums which helped. Battery definitely dead, giving it a charge, fobs maybe still work, will test later.
Thanks!
