Periodic jolt/jerks during acceleration and while cruising
Car jerks periodically during acceleration specially when going a bit uphill and also some while at cruising speed. Seems to happen more when cold. Smooths out after it has run for some time. Feels like it could be transmission related but I'm not sure. It idles fine and starts smooth and seems to shift fairly smoothly. I recently inspected PCV and it was fine, also cleaned throttle body. Did not seem to help alot.

Best advice is to get a BMW specific scanner connected to the car, otherwise you are guessing and throwing parts and hoping something might fix the problem.

Sounds like it could be the classic 45 mph stutter. If that's the case, it's fairly normal, but a new mechatronics may help, or even fix the issue.
