BMW 535i misfire or something like it *HELP*

Quick story: Couple months ago i got into a accident *engine was fine not touched* and decided to rebuild it back, There was a day where I was driving on low coolant in like 20-30 degree rainy/snowy weather and i never noticed. The car turned on and even ran like a dream. Fast forward into today, I recently maybe 2 weeks ago brought my car to a mechanic *Usually prefer to work on my car* and was given my car back running like complete crap. They said i brought my car in like that but I know damn well I didn't, changed the oil and doesn't seem to be milky white or the cap isn't after a couple pulls, the intercooler was disconnected and i reconnected it but the problem still remains. When even putting into reverse, neutral, or drive the vibration is followed with a heavy vibration noise coming from the engine. sound like (BRRRRRRRRRRR (as if its that vibration noise in the beginning of the clip just x4 worse when stopped when driving i cant even tell there is anything wrong and seems to be at full power maybe. then placed into park then that same noise in the clip is what you get. ) If anybody could please help or point me at what to look at next please.


Here is at least a clip, in the beginning you can hear the noise it is making, then when i place the car into drive or reverse or even neutral, the noise remains and is louder, (a loud vibration and could be felt from the interior)
