Not so much heavy, just AWKWARD and need to be very careful not to let the rails hit anything(Paint/Body or Interior Trim going back in) I think it looks decent.

WORD TO THE WISE... STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAP COMPANY.... Leather is garbage and smells/Feels fake, Customer Service after placing order is TERRIBLE AT BEST... Just warning everyone...

... The stitching/craftsmanship was pretty decent, I was not impressed with the leather, very thin and felt like leatherette, and smelled like a musty ol' dirt slot.. I wish I would've taken some pics!!! I wasn't thinking... The biggest thing was that, Lseat.com has terrible communication, charged me $120 for the return, and I had to pay return shipping on top of that. If it said something about restock/shipping return fees on the website, I would have been fine. I may file a complaint with BBB and such, and change my name to Karen...

The leather quality is very disappointing, but I'm amazed they let you return them at all. That's essentially a custom made product, returns on something like that are almost unheard of.

Yeah but they don't have any disclaimer or anything about custom orders at all in the returns section... I ate $100 on it.. I guess better than nothing

Well, well, well.... I went a different route... Sourced some local E39 ///M5 Front seats for a great price and I refurbished them...Attachment 674282Before...Attachment 674283After... I'm pretty good with cosmetic stuff after all these years/projects under my belt lol. Nappa Looks/feels Brand NEW... I don't want to even begin on Lseat customer service at this point. Maybe after I'm refunded.

What to do with my rough Driver side Grey Sport seat and pretty good shape Grey Pass seat???? Sell/ Throw in the garbage? I don't want them around more than a few days... Happy wife/Happy Life (For the most part, lol)

Unfortunately I just threw them in the garbage. Seems nobody wanted to pay for grey sport seats...

Turns out the ///M5 seats I swapped in are not heated (I THINK lol). I never even thought to test in the 110 degree texas heat when I installed them... I press the button Today (41 degrees out) and the 3 lights light up and just go out after a second No Seat Heat... Any way to confirm? I don't see a fuse having been blown since they were plug and play.. Any ideas?

It’s not just plug and play. I had swapped in the 16way comforts out of a 2001 740iL into my old gone green 528 wagon that originally had heated seats. The wires had to be re-pinned to the right hole in the harness , at least thats what I was told to do, but never got to it, and totalled the car in an accident.

Hmmm well i will have to look into this issue further... Of all e39 M5s I've seen in my day since they hit showrooms, I don't recall ever seeing one without heated seats...
