    Wtb s54 z3m gauge cluster

Part hunting for my S54 swap, one of the missing pieces. I know this may be hard to find, but if anyone has one they would like to part with or has a lead on one, feel free to PM me. Thank you!

I currently am using Andrews canboard for the s54 swap and haven’t had AC or a working CEL on the dash.

I ran the canboard today and It says:
    Temp:156
    snowflake:false
    evap:false (E30:false E36:false)
    CEL:true
    Fuel level:40
    clock:101-205
    fan:false
    oil level:false

If I use the 01-02 z3 cluster, will it hook right up? Thanks

Thats all you need. The S54 was designed as an e36 engine, not originally made for the e46, altough the poor e46 had no M motor so they gave it to the e46...

I dont know what other parts you are ising for this swap, but you shouldnt be using the e46 pedal for example. The 01-02 z3m or m54 z3 uses a specially mounted pedal potentiometer that was taken from the e36 S50B32 SMG Evo m3's in europe (any m3 after '96 is an Evo in europe, much different than here)

So yes get a m54 powered z3 dashboard, and many other parts

Care to explain how did you get the e36 AC pump to work and also the check engine light to function so you can pass state inspections without the “CANBUS” hooked up?

Yes your thread is gone,I’ve searched. Me and a few members here were searching for a very long time to get the AC and check engine light to work properly in a e36

You can explain here or PM me
