Engine pulsation, pressure too high 330d

E46 330d 204hp, 2003-05 euro3

I'm having this problem for a quite a while and cant enjoy my car at all. It all started out when I bought it and changed the thermostat. It is now running just not right.

I've changed:
Main fuel delivery pump, all injectors, clutch and flywheel, tried changing mafs, ecu's, unpluging sensors and tried other stuff as well.

Symptoms:
Sometimes it just does not start, bet when it does it starts within seconds-like new.
When I start it, engine works normaly for about 5-8 seconds then it starts rattling(video).
The rattling starts when the pressure gets to 600 in the rail(inpa). I do not understand why the ecu raises the pressure, because it seems to cause the problem.

What I should consider? I've tried lots of stuff myself, went to local mechanics and even oficial bmw for diagnostics. I need your help.

Hi

I noticed your threads on E46fanatics and this forum. The 330D was not released in the USA. Most of the guys on these forums are USA based and do not know anything about the engine, hence that lack of responses.

Maybe try some Euro based forums where the engine is better known.
