Suggestions m52 stroker turbo build

I have started my first E36 stock M52B28 stroker build and so far my already purchased parts list is as follows.

ALL MISHIMOTO REPLACMENT HOSES
NEW HP WATER PUMP AND NEW HOUSING


I am not sure of the end goal yet, but at the moment I want to be around 600-700hp as reliable as possible with A/C if I am able to keep it. This will not be DD, I may want to track it every once in a while but will just be a extremely fun car to drive once or twice a week or during meets if i get into that sort of stuff. I know i will need to do all the reinforcements to the body and sub-frame, upgrade my brakes and complete suspension(TBD on suspension) and transmission rebuild/clutch as well as all new lines and M50 manifold swap. I have a lo of small things that will also be replaced as well that is not listed.
