driver seat rope install

I have replaced the driver seat rope but can not attach it at the bottom pin and would like some help. I've checked the forums and videos to no avail. Thanks.

Are you missing pieces, or does it not fit, or do you have no room to turn the wrench?

I think I know what he’s talking about. They make the cable to the exact length so once you hook the L-shaped part into the lever then the looped part is hard to get on the stud that actually releases the seat mechanism. So basically what you have to do is you have to take a flat screwdriver or something that you can push up on the stud so that way the cable will be long enough at that point to hook onto it

Basically you have to to be able to release the seat mechanism the same way the cable would, so that you can shorten the distance enough to hook the eye at the end of the cable.
