2008 X5 Audio Issues

My X5 will not let me switch audio sources. The only two options I can select are CD and rear Aux. I have tried rebooting I-Drive and still have no luck. All the other audio sources (AM, FM, AUX) are all greyed out and cannot be selected. Anyone experience this before and what is the fix? Is this related to the SOS error message im getting?

Do cross post this question in the E70 X5 sub forum as chances are there'll have been more owners who've experienced this and posted there rather than here on this audio forum. Hopefully, in addition, there may be a simple aspect to 'fix' this or 'reset' the system etc.

Else, if there isn't such a easy 'fix' you'll need to swap the various audio modules you have with known working ones which are the right/compatible ones to determine which module(s) are causing the issue and then source replacements to resolve. There's a few places that also refurbish the modules and fix/resolve issues where possible to do so.
