Sean Gelael? He's tested for Redbull a few times and he's a sh!t driver. Has been in GP2 for 4 or 5 years and didnt even win a race.

I'd love to see Alonso back on the grid in a worthy car. Someone's gotta battle Hamilton, and he may be the only driver who knows how to fight Hamilton on the mental side. The closest we got to seeing Hamilton really pushed recently was when Rosberg was still driving.

Alonso will not be back, he has been out for like 2 years, all teams want younger guys. I don't get the hype Sainz is getting. He didn't show much at toro rosso or Mclaren.....ric barely beat hulk..
And some people were mentioning Giovinazzi, why? He sucks.
If Sainz goes to Ferrari, I would like Vettel at McLaren Mercedes in 2021, maybe it can be like in the 2010-11-12 seasons with 5 manufacturers fighting every race.

I think you hit the nail right on the head here. I really like Sainz and think he's a great talent, but I am surprised he's been considered for Ferrari as much as he has. Current headlines are making it seem 99% sure that Sainz has the seat, if they haven't already formally announced it. Ricciardo, although a great driver, has passed his chance for a Ferrari seat. I think Ferrari are planning on backing Leclerc for a WDC, and need a good support driver, aka Sainz (like Bottas is to Hamilton). Teams don't want two drivers that can win the WDC, as they will take points away from each other, a la Mclaren Mercedes 2007.
