    A231 Failure

    I just picked up a used 2020 G20 (M340i) A231 Telematic Communication Box is broken from the dealer. They've ordered a new one, but i get a Failure tone and message about every 5 minutes while driving. Does anyone know how to acknowledge or clear this fault? They say the part is back ordered from Germany.

    First BMW, and it's broken before I even picked it up... lol... Great sign.

    Ask the dealer for a loaner. Tell them the issue is drivinggbyoun crazy
