Weird electrical issues with my E90 M3

Hi, I have E90 M3 6 speed and recently I've been having some weird issues I am hoping that they are all related in a way. First off every couple of times starting the car it seems like the car resets my clock/date, trip odometer resets, and all of my settings go back to default, as if someone has disconnected the battery. It sometimes even resets after I park the car and go into the store for 5 minuets, and other times it'll take 4-5 starts before resetting. It's not like the battery is low or anything because it cranks and starts with zero hesitation even after sitting for a month untouched. The second issue I have is the traction, abs, and cruse control light comes on, I tried clearing the codes but it won't let me. Sometimes randomly the lights on the dash will go away but then come back after a couple miles. Even after the car was "reset" like I was saying in my first problem the abs lights are still sometimes on. What do you guys think? Old battery? I know these area BMWs have funny battery issues. Bad abs module? Bad fuse or relay?
Let me know with anything you guys got, thanks.

A couple of new things have been happening, the seat belt light and air bag light came on today. Also I parked the car (unlocked) and I can back and all of the windows rolled down on their own.

Look up FRM module. It’s one possibility. Supposedly they can be repaired and a few shops specialize in this.
