    ECS Tuning Debacle

    I ordered a turbo oil supply line for my F10. Website indicated it was the correct part. (see pic)
    It was not the correct part. (see pic)
    Requested RMA # to return/refund.
    RMA was minus return shipping charge.
    I contested this, and Chris Van Hauter, CS Mgr then modified the RMA to include return shipping.
    I sent the part back.
    Refund received was minus $10.86
    Requested clarification. No response


    BBB Complaint filed. Beware!
    I am presently out $10.86 because they sent me the wrong part.
