Are any of the oem wheels any good for rougher terrain/gravel driving? (e36)

Just wondering if any of the oem wheels are decent enough take on some rougher roads. Kinda on a strict budget (currently in college)

Mainly looking at 15"-16" wheels. Linked a few pictures of what looks like a guy running style 41's. (@eixracing on instagram)

Steel wheels are the way to go. Buy them and then paint them weird color combinations!

None of the OE wheels are going to be any stronger or more durable than another. The advantage of the OE aluminum wheel over steel is weight. Depending on the car you may not find a steel whee.
