    Bilstein B8 + H&R Sport

There are a ton of articles but i cant seem to find a consensus. For running Bilstein B8s and H&R sport lowering springsIf do you need to cut the internal bump stop before installation? About to toss my front suspension back in

Yes, there are still recommendations out there in favor of trimming the internal bump stop of Bilstein struts.

I have that same setup as you mentioned and I never did cut the bumpstops

I have pics of the stance below..

Is there anything specific about adjusting the front suspension on an E30 ? Im not talking about installing parts, but doing the final alignment and adjustment. I can remember reading something about the car having to be in full droop as something is tightened...

Alignment should be accomplished with WOW and ~150 lbs in drivers seat.
