I was removing a after market radio from my 2005 BMW X3 and after I pulled it out my speedo is not working and my fan will not turn off. I have checked to see if I nicked any wires or blown any fuses. Any ideas?

Put the radio back in and see if speedo and fan start working.
I tried that but get the same results. I am at a lost. Guess I will have to take to the dealer. Although I am a bit perplexed by the wiring that was done to put in the current radio. I will take and post some pictures tomorrow

Did you disconnect the battery before removing the radio? Maybe something shorted/surged the computer when removing the connections?
Yes disconnected the battery put the factory wiring back in but the blower motor continues to run and drains the battery. I can pull the fuse but it still drains the battery. I have ordered the blower resistor motor but the video I found on how to replace it does not work for 05 X3. I also have been trying to find an ac control panel it case it is the bad part. The one in my vehicle is analog but the ones online are all digital.

You may have damaged something when you removed radio or the wiring was altered when the aftermarket radio was installed.
I have replaced he Blower Motor Resistor and that was what was draining my battery. I just it was just a coincidence that it started when I replaced the radio. Got everything working now.
