tossing up between the m4 and c63s

So a lady decided not to look before entering a main road and totaled my CLA45....i'm not dead so i'm not pissed. Anyway, I've narrowed my choice down to the two obvious choices - the M4 and the C63S. For two comparable cars for one, I don't understand why the c63s is so much more expensive? I can buy a comparable M4, put in an eisenmann performance exhaust + dps and tune for less than what the stock c63s costs.

How dumb is it to ask the if there's any merit whatsover in choosing the c63s? This is coming from a german car fanboy with a particular soft spot for the merc...Can you ever replicate the noise those extra two valves provide? is it even important?

You are going to be hard pressed for anyone on a BMW forum to recommend the C63s, although it is a bad-ass automobile! I personally do not care for MB styling and think the M4 is spot on design wise.
