WTB E46 3 series Touring

I am looking to buy a well taken care of e46 manual 3 series touring. I am open to sedans but would prefer a wagon and it has got to be manual. Please be able to provide detailed service records and documentation of any modifications done to the car.

My budget is $8500

I have a 2002 325xit with a manual. It needs front CVs and burns oil (oil control rings). It's complete and runs well otherwise. I'm looking for $3000. PM me if you want more details.
