I can NOT find the clunk...

Hey all- just picked up my first BMW. Got an '01 325ci/5 speed. Love the car so far but I've been having issues with a clunking noise from the rear passenger side.

Been doing quite a bit of research on possible issues but haven't had any luck yet.

It made the clunking noise when I test drove the car and at very low speed, and only when my foot came OFF the gas pedal.

I bought the car and drove it home- 60miles on the highway, at 65-70 mph. No issues! Drove beautiful.

Took it to a buddy's house yesterday and let him drive it- NO clunking...

Moved it from the street to the driveway this morning, it did it just a little bit.

I got up under the car and this is what I've found so far:
-Rear subframe is good, bushings have been replaced
-Differential bushings have been replaced with urethane bushings
-Subframe mounts have had the reinforced mounting plates installed and welded.
(Ive ruled out the Guibo- I'd feel that in the middle of the car)

So then I thought maybe I had a broken spring??? Nope- H&R springs are good, all shock mounts are good...
I put the e-brake on a bit and manually rotated the tire to simulate a load, but heard nothing.

The noise sounds like someone kicking the rear passenger side and it’s been intermittent. I ONLY hear on the passenger side...

Any other suggestions??? TIA

Also have a look around in the trunk and spare tire well for loose items.
