Cuestion connecting impa with the car

I have a doubt about because i have problems connecting the impa with the car.
The battery is in black, but ignition is blinking.
Does the car engine have to be turned on or only with the contact given?

Port latency must be set to 1.

No need to start engine, position 1 is good enough.

any more details about interface? kdcan cable with switch or without?
Did you also try read values from your car? or just you see that ignition is blinking and you quit?

Cable impa with switch, and I try reading but doesn´t work.
the chip of the impa is RL.
