Need suggestions with fixing a carbon fiber lip

Hello everyone! The front lip was parked too close to the curb causing damage to the the carbon fiber.

I am trying to figure out what amount of sand paper grit I should use to buffer it out, and what I can do afterwards, if I don’t have a polisher tool.

I’ve checked out some videos on youtube but it seems like it would vary from the damage.

    Any tips/suggestions are appreciated!

I hate to say, but from the pictures it looks like there is a penetration of the clear coat with a subsequent lifting of it from the surface of the carbon fiber - the damage is more "internal" than "external".
