    inpa for end 1990 E31 850I

    hello guys,
trying to get a good INPA dowload for my 850I, the one i am using keeps on showing this error and when i try to open the real values of the O2 sensor it shows the correct cursor but no readings. this happens in all the functions.. the real pita is an error 201 from the left bank and it says that it is too lean and adaptations to enrich are at max limit. i have changed everything with no result. the car starts at cold with idle going from 500 to 1200 rpm till when it gets warm , by that time the dme goes in recovery and the car has poor throttle response and the exaust gets full of fuel. if i cancel the error 201 when warm it doesn't show error 201 anymore till next cold start.
    thanks for help!!

What operating system are you using? What cable are you using? Is your cable using a genuine serial port?

Open up your C drive. Open the Ediabas folder. Inside Ediabas there should be a folder named ECU. That folder should contain a bunch of .prg files. The entire folder should be about 160mb. Sounds like something is m missing from that folder. Go back to the INPA install package and find the same ECU folder. Copy and paste it into the Ediabas folder. Restart the computer

tried also with different inpa and connection with Usb instead of rs232 and the error is the same doesn't show real data and all the cursors stay at 000. What is missing are the right inpa drivers for dme 1.7
i've seen that with 1.7.1 a riend does all checks on real numbers, so next question is how can i get this update if it is an update?

Using the 20 pin port and rs232 port does INPA allow you to connect to any other modules in the car?

no inpa shows data with error and all values at zero.
