to the top. I also have a Kessel Performance dme for this engine that has been tuned for the s54 swap into e36 along with the conversion engine harness. Both are new and still in the packaging.

what made you decide against the swapping it in?

wife and i just had a new baby boy and right now the swap is not my priority. my race car's s52 still runs strong so i am letting this s54 engine go.

What else is needed to bolt this up in an e36 other than exhaust work? Miles on the motor before the refresh?

I already PM'd you with the same answer, just putting this out there for others that my read the post.
Motor had around 85,000 on it before the refresh. Exhaust work and fuel lines to the car and engine. Mine was going into my race car so I did not need ac or power steering so this engine does not have any of that. engine wise, other than coil packs it is ready to go into an e36. Already has the proper driver side engine mount arm.

Does it come with the wiring harness?
