E46 M3 Laguna seca

Hey guys.

The past few years the e46 m3 seems to went up in price. And I cant seem to find any in LSB. What would you guys think this one is worth?
year 2000
149.000 km - with servicebook and original buyers contract from first owner.
All the good options - Harmann, Manuel gearbox, PDC, Sunroof, etc.
More money has been used on the car:
Porsche GT3 brakes
Velocity stacks
40% diff
Dixis titanium exhaust

I have paid 18k usd for mine, which is one owner car with 83k on the clock ! It’s 2003,
Slicktop with impulse cloth interior.
No navigation, park sensors, Xenon headlights
