INPA Connected to the car but I can't read any modules.

2002 330i 5 Speed. M54 running an MS43 DME. I have NCS Expert and INPA installed on a Dell Inspirion 15 3521 running Windows 10 home. I followed the Not So Complicated Installation of BMW Tools tutorial posted on YouTube. The only thing I couldn't get to work was the TIS. I can connect to the car but I cannot read any modules. Here's a couple screen grabs. Any help would be appreciated!

What kind of cable do you have? I was having a similar issue and it was because I had accidentally flipped the switch on the cable (it's switchable from K-line to D-CAN).

I have a cable that I can switch. I’ll try playing with the switch and see if that’s the issue. Thanks!

I didn't have a switch on my plug so I opened it up and soldered a bridge between pins 7 and 8.
    That did the job.
