Can anyone with teamviewer help me try and figure out why my m3 is no crank no start using inpa. I believe it's due to ews/dme needing a re-sync or possibly one of those is faulty. But I've ruled out most all basic no start issues, ie: new starter, new battery, new alternator, voltage is correct at all points. All fuses are good. I've tried to re-sync the dme/ews myself using inpa but am having problems still, hence the request for any teamviewer remote assistance. I dont think it is against forum rules to ask for this but if it is please let me know or a mod feel free to delete this post.
Assuming 96-99 E36 M3, try gpeterson’s program if you just want to align EWS. Free. Just need cable (20 pin under hood not 16 pin obd2 in car). If this also does not work, EWS is likely not your problem.

Obviously make sure clutch switch is in place or bypassed by grounding out if equipped with it (97 or later).
Make sure starter wires are connected correctly.
Make sure wiring harness inside tray is not shorted out (which can happen if you plug a standard bosch relay into some of the colored relay slots. The pins can look the same but not do the same things and you can short your wiring harness. Also check main engine ground wire.
Good luck. The weird no starts can be frustrating. There are some bad starter rebuilds as well.
