Trying to locate a new windshield for my beamer and am being asked:
(rain sensor), infrared glass
w/o infrared glass
How do I know if I have IR glass ?
I own mostly junk. Except the Porsche, that's kind of cool.

Maybe with a VIN decoder? But that would also require the option code for it.
I figure it may have been standard on E65/66, but I don't know for sure. What's the parts website? RealOEM.com? Maybe it will decode it automatically.
Post the last 7 of your VIN and maybe I can check ETK (BMW parts catalog).
