Help with SA after gearbox swap, E39 530d

Hi, i have problem with changing SA and GM codes
E39 530d 2001y M57D30 193HP DDE4 0 281 010 314
I changed gearbox from automatic to manual, now I want to change the software in the engine because the cruise control does not work. After changing the SA code and uploading to EWS and IKE and then UPDATE ZUSB in WINKFP, the same software is uploaded. By searching in the .ZST files, I found two matching software from the manual (ecu nr matches with my):
7789542 ZB - 7789541
7789632 ZB - 7789631

Can I do "update zusb" after changing SA and GM? Maybe it is done differently?


After uploading manually (CHOOSE ZUSB), the cruise control works, but the engine gets hiccups and after pressing the kick-down engine cutoff and "check engine" lights up (maybe I need to change the accelerator pedal?)

I found transmission switch at #72501 8bit but after changed to manual no changes. Maybe anybody has dump for DDE4 0281010314 manual?

WinKFP uses the current ZUSB to determine update ZUSB... it does not use coding data to make the determination.

For manual flash, you must manually choose the correct one.

Thanks for reply, I found this information on another forum, I didn't know that the sa & gm codes were not taken into flash. I uploaded the zusb you proposed with the same result, 0120 - accelerator sensor
error pops up when the accelerator pedal is fully depressed, while driving and idle
