looking for new shift knob and boot

i have found one i really like, however not sure it would work. Can a e36 shifter/boot work on an e30?

Shifter knobs work; not sure about the boots.

i got a 12 dollar boot off of FCP for some pleather which snaps into the console obviously and then i just ziptied it right under the knob, i think it looks good enough. I made that shift knob but you could look at like condor speed shop for some cool ones.
