You are correct mxl556 there is a miscommunication: Your quote," I just found your email with photos, sorry I missed it as it got burried by bunch of other emails". I responded to your PM and even left my phone number so that you could call or text me.
This is a tough time for all and if you are prevented from working due to the pandemic I am fine with that fact, but be respectful of others' time and simply state that fact rather than showing interest and asking for pictures and a shipping quote only to claim that you have not received communication when that is clearly not the case. You received communication the first time: it would not simply stop for some unexplained reason. You were also given three avenues besides PM's for communication.
