Saw this on Copart and threw a bid of $500.
Donated vehicle, very little info and a decent autocheck report.
Auction ran on Friday and was told I won it and they agreed to my bid!
Seems to be all there, runs fairly well but has like zero fuel.
No check engine light, bonus!
OEM carpeted mats too.
Seems to have the convenience package, luxury seating package, winter package, premium sound and EDC.
Probably a terrible idea but for $500 I couldnt say no, wasn't expecting to win it.

I just posted in your 6 series thread asking if you were intentionally looking for a money pit. Maybe you found one! $500 is a bargain if it runs, and will at least pass emissions.

So far other than the dead battery the only issue I found was a leaky sunroof.
Cleaned the drain on the passenger side behind the front wheel and it hasn't leaked since.
While doing that I noticed the sensor for suspension height was just hanging there by the wire.
But there was another sensor still mounted up.
Seems strange and will have to investigate further.

By the way, it's bimmer, not beamer. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think I am. Bimmer is the car, Beemer is the motorcycle

Have been trying to charge the battery for a few days but charger kept saying bad battery
Yet it has 12.9 V and started right up.
Strange.

Threw a plate on it last night and filled it up.
Took it to breakfast this morning.
What an amazing ride !
